How it works
One payment step, before the test is ordered
Every patient goes through the same short prepay flow on their own phone, at the clinic, before a sample is collected. There is no account to create and no app to install.
- You see the price first
- The price is on the screen before you pay, and it is the whole price. There is no second bill afterwards, because there is no claim.
- Results the next day
- Reported the day after the lab receives your sample. You get a text with a secure link, and opening it asks for your date of birth to confirm it is you.
- No insurance claims filed
- Nothing is filed with your insurance, so there is no confusing Explanation of Benefits (EOB) to decode.
